These terms cover the Eldrin app and playeldrin.com, provided by ReibLAR LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.
The app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Eldrin on your own devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its story, except as the law allows.
Purchases
The first chapter is free. The full game is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google, and is tied to your store account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. On Apple devices, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your saves
Saved games are kept on your device only. We cannot recover them if you delete the app or lose the device.
Fiction
Eldrin is a work of fiction. Characters, places and events are imaginary.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ReibLAR LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
